Returns Information
We are sure you will be delighted with your new purchase and you can rest assured you are covered by the following under Australian Law:
Due to the consumable nature of our products we cannot accept returned products after they have been used or damaged from misuse. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or making the wrong decision. We at our discretion will offer a full refund or exchange if the goods are shown to be faulty. All intentions to return product must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your parcel via info@madeattheranch.com.au.
If the product received is not as per the original order, contact us via info@madeattheranch.com.au. We will at our option offer full refund or issue the correct product.
All Australian shipments are sent via courier with tracking, however if your item is damaged in transit or the parcel is lost we will strive to deliver again or offer a full refund. If a package arrives damaged, please document with photos. In either case, make contact via info@madeattheranch.com.au.
